I dont normally comment on after care service, but we recieved said item with a slight damage to the headboard. But within a few days a new one was dispatched with no quible. I simply sent an e-mail with Photos of damaged item and a new 1 was issued. My son who will be 5 soon loves his bed, infact its been difficult getting him out of it for school!! suppose thats the only complaint i can have!My son has a little den behind the cuboard space he loves hiding in!!
